A year ago I posted a video about the mods on my 1995 Fender Mustang, but I had no playing/sounds from the guitar. Now finally I've put together some clips of me playing. First, I've modified this guitar a bit, but I don't see this as some sacred instrument. This isn't a 59' Strat or a Stradivarius violin (actually almost every strad in the world has been modified). Players modify their instruments. Everyone from Hendrix to Cobain modified their guitars. If you don't like it, then don't do it. I'm sure as hell not selling it, so its mine and not yours. I like it. I'm not trying to do anything technically impressive playing here, but just showing a wide range of tones from the guitar and the pedals. y don’t u change it to a Lindy Fralin Hot Vintage fender mustang or just a humbucker in there. Also were the stock pick ups that bad i mean, cause like im thinking about geting a 1973 mustang reissue from fender japan and I’m thinking about switching the pickups on them to seymour duncan mustang pickups?

The neck is a tele Rio Grande, and the bridge is the shitty stock one. I’d love to put something with more balls and bite in the bridge. I love the bridge pickup in my Supersonic. Almost put a 1963 Firebird pickup in there that one point.

What pickups are you using?

Yea, I’ve gone 15+ years playing without a Wah pedal. I want one, but they aren’t really needed for what I do. Although the Vision Wah (Roger Mayer) is pretty hot… although $400
