cheapest way to connect a pc an amplifier and a mic?

Your explanation is a little muddy, but if you’re trying to connect 2 or more sources (mic and PC) to an amp that has only 1 input, you need a mixer.

Yes, you need to get a cheap mixer.

connect mics to mixer

connect mixer to PC and amplifier

connect amp to speakers
